EFNpro is a Canadian proposal and contract management platform
designed for consultants, agencies, and small businesses. It lets
you write proposals, build contracts, collect digital signatures,
track project milestones, and manage client communication —
all in one place.
Yes. EFNpro is built specifically for the Canadian market.
Contract templates and legal framework are structured under
Canadian law, and all pricing is in Canadian dollars.
Yes. When you send a proposal or contract through EFNpro, your
client receives an email link and can review and sign directly
from that link. No account is required on their end.
EFNpro offers two plans. The Essentials plan is $19 per month CAD
billed annually, or $24 per month billed monthly. The Professional
plan is $39 per month CAD billed annually, or $45 per month billed
monthly. Additional seats are available on both plans.
The Essentials plan covers proposals, contracts, digital signatures,
video meetings, milestone tracking, and invoicing — everything a solo
consultant or small agency needs. The Professional plan adds
role-based dashboards, up to 8 sub-contracts per project, multiple
signatories, and cross-platform project connections for teams
managing larger engagements.
Yes. EFNpro includes an AI assistant that can turn meeting
transcripts, notes, RFQs, and uploaded documents into draft
proposals and contracts. You control when and whether to use it —
it is a starting point, not an automatic output.
Yes. EFNpro handles the full document workflow — from writing a
proposal, through client review and approval, to building and
signing the contract, to tracking project milestones. All documents
for a project are connected in one place.
Yes. EFNpro has built-in video meeting capability. Meetings are
bookable through the platform calendar, and EFNpro captures a
meeting transcript automatically. That transcript is available
when you are ready to build your proposal.
EFNpro is currently built for the Canadian market. Contract
documents are structured under Canadian law. Expansion to other
markets is planned for a future phase.
